For almost ten years, Transformation has been a crucial fundraiser for the programs at The Center on Colfax – programs that have more than doubled in scope and reach in the last couple of years. We are excited to invite you to Transformation again! Together we will celebrate and support the amazing work going on at The Center on Colfax today: support services, this year’s launch of our mental health program, resource programs, LGBTQ+ DEI training, and a strong community network for the LGBTQ+ community, youth, young adults, seniors, Colorado’s transgender community, our queer disability community members, and more.
