About the Transgender Program
The Center's Transgender Program is a welcoming, affirming program for transgender and gender diverse individuals. We offer weekly and monthly social and support groups, events, and opportunities to connect with our community.
We also offer engaging classes, such as yoga or art workshops, host community discussions, and provide fingerprinting services on-site.
Observing Transgender Day of Remembrance
Wednesday, November 20, 6:00 - 9:00 PM
To honor the memory of our transgender and gender-diverse community members whose lives were lost in acts of anti-trans violence, please join us for a heartfelt community observance of Transgender Day of Remembrance.
The Transgender Center of the Rockies and The Center on Colfax will be honoring those who have lost their lives this year with music, poetry, affirmations, and speaking their names aloud during a candlelit ceremony. All community members and allies are welcome at the event.
CO Name Change Project
The Colorado Name Change Project has current information and forms on how to update your name and gender marker in the State of Colorado. Volunteers are also available to answer questions submitted through their website.
