About the Transgender Program
The Center's Transgender Program is a welcoming, affirming program for transgender and gender diverse individuals. We offer weekly and monthly social and support groups, events, and opportunities to connect with our community.
We also offer engaging classes, such as yoga or art workshops, host community discussions, and provide fingerprinting services on-site.
Thank you for attending Transgender Day of Remembrance
Local musicians, poets, and speakers graced the evening with art that honored the day and our community. Attendees volunteered to read names of our trans and gender diverse siblings who have passed this year, paying tribute to each person with a candle and an affirmation of remembrance.
After the ceremony, community members lined up to visit the altar. By the last visitor, the altar was filled with delicate flowers, glowing light, and overflowing love and respect.
We are grateful to have been surrounded with strong community on this occasion. Thank you so much to Transgender Center of the Rockies, Bee the Vibe, and Mile High Behavioral Healthcare for their partnership in fostering such a heartfelt evening.

The Colorado Name Change Project has current information and forms on how to update your name and gender marker in the State of Colorado. Volunteers are also available to answer questions submitted through their website.
